RKONICS Refund & Cancellation Policy

We aim to provide quality products and services. However, we have the following policy:

Refunds:

  • Refunds are applicable only if the product is defective/damaged on delivery or if the wrong item is shipped.
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery with proof (images/videos).
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

Cancellations:

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

No Refunds For:

  • Used, tampered, or physically damaged products.
  • Digital/downloadable learning content.
  • Products damaged due to mishandling by the customer.
