RKONICS Refund & Cancellation Policy
We aim to provide quality products and services. However, we have the following policy:
Refunds:
- Refunds are applicable only if the product is defective/damaged on delivery or if the wrong item is shipped.
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery with proof (images/videos).
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
Cancellations:
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
No Refunds For:
- Used, tampered, or physically damaged products.
- Digital/downloadable learning content.
- Products damaged due to mishandling by the customer.
